| UkSATSE Starts Cooperation with a Blue-Chip Austrian Consulting Company APAC |
Dmytro BABEICHUK, Director of UkSATSE, and Johann SCHERZER, authorized representative of APAC (Republic of Austria) have signed a Consultancy Contract for provision of services for the Project of UkSATSE Air Navigation System Modernization. This Project is being implemented jointly with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and European Investment Bank (EIB).
The objective of the tripartite Consultancy Contract concluded among UkSATSE, APAC and EBRD is obtaining professional assistance and advice on the organization and management of the tendering process in compliance with EBRD procurement policies and rules, monitoring of technical and financial components of the Project implementation and reporting to lenders.
The participation of an external consultant in the loan agreements implementation is EBRD’s common practice. The consultancy services will be financed from the grant funds held in the Austrian Technical Assistance Co-operation Fund provided by the Government of Austria, EBRD acting as administrator of the grant funds. |
