| Ukraine and Poland are going to deepen their cooperation in airspace management co-ordination |
Dmytro Babeichuk, Director of UkSATSE and Tadeusz Groholski, Vice President Air Navigation, PANSA signed a Letter of Agreement on co-operation in the airspace use beyond the fixed ATS routes (i.e. military exercises and other activities, which are potentially hazardous to GAT/OAT traffic).
The Parties agreed on establishing procedures of interaction between the two ANSPs with the aim of minimization of possible impact on safety, regularity and efficiency of air traffic. It was also agreed that providers will be coordinating their flight plans regarding uncontrolled flights conducted within ADIZ along and/or across Polish-Ukrainian border. |
