Ukraine empowers UkSATSE to maritime search and rescue operations
Dmytro Babeichuk, UkSATSE Director, became personally convinced of the readiness of UkSATSE jointly with Special air squadron of the Civil Rescue Service that is part of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine to conduct maritime search and rescue operations (S&R) over the Black and Azov seas areas within the Flight Information Region of Ukraine.

UkSATSE to run ASM component of CS4 project
If the tender on the provision of the centralized service on Flexible Use of Airspace for the EUROCONTROL Member States is successful for UkSATSE, it as the consortium member will run the project in the context of airspace management. Such agreement was reached in Warsaw, Poland, on January 15, 2015 during the meeting of CEOs which are the members of future consortium that claims a right to provide centralized service for approximately 150 users.

Ukraine and ICAO reach preliminary agreement on reopening of four routes over Black Sea
Ukraine managed to reach preliminary agreement with top management of ICAO, IATA, FAA and EUROCONTROL about resuming civil aviation flights on the international air routes over the Black Sea.

UkSATSE is able to provide air traffic services over the Black Sea
UkSATSE is able to provide air traffic services in full amount in the international airspace over the Black Sea, which is under responsibility of Ukraine - Dmytro Babeichuk declared during the meeting with senior managers of ICAO, EUROCONTROL, IATA and FAA, which took place within the framework of the 2nd High Level Security Conference in Montreal (Canada).

State Aviation Administration of Ukraine certified UkSATSE
UkSATSE obtained the Certificate issued by the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine confirming the compliance of the Ukrainian air navigation service provider (ANSP) with national requirements and international standards laid down in effective Directives of the European Parliament and the Council, as well as the European Commission relating to the provision of air navigation services.

UkSATSE develops co-operation with Czech ICZ
Dmytro BABEICHUK, Director of UkSATSE and Myroslav ANDR, Commercial Director of ICZ (Czech Republic) discussed during their meeting held on January 29, 2015 in Kyiv the format of further co-operation of UkSATSE and ICZ, as well as the financing procedure for the joint projects to be realized.

EUROCONTROL and CANSO confirmed the high level of flights safety in the Ukrainian sky and UkSATSE reliability as a provider – says Dmytro Babeichuk, director of UkSATSE
According to the international survey - Safety Management System (SMS) Standard of Excellence Measurement - UkSATSE overall maturity amounts to 82,75% and now corresponds to the 2nd Level. UkSATSE was ranked 13th out of 45 air navigation services providers in Europe. Moreover, the gap with the top rating providers is only 5-6%, the leader receiving 89%.

Dmytro Babeichuk, Director of UkSATSE shall participate in the Second High-level Safety ICAO conference in Montreal as a representative of the official Ukrainian delegation
Dmytro Babeichuk, Director of UkSATSE shall participate in the Second High-level Safety Conference (HLSC2015) from 2 to 5 February 2015, held by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Montreal, Canada. The directors of companies - ANS providers, representatives of the aviation authority and aviation enterprises are invited to take part in the conference.

UkSATSE Medical and Sanitary Unit provides medical services to 69 Ukrainian companies and cooperates with 14 insurance companies
In 2014, specialists of Medical and Sanitary Unit of “Kyivcentraero” regional branch of UkSATSE provided medical services to 73954 persons, out of which more than 30000 sought medical advice because of illness and the other underwent various medical examinations.

Ukraine mourning
A day of mourning has been declared today in Ukraine for all victims of the terrorists of the so-called DPR, and in particular for those killed on January 13 by a sighting missile strike near Volnovakha. Each of us - whether in Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Chernihiv or Odessa - anywhere in Ukraine is always under the same threat as the Ukrainian military men and civilians in the ATO area, as terrorism does not make exceptions and does not have borders. Shooting of journalists of French magazine Charlie Hebdo, as well as combat operations in Ukraine is a tragedy for the whole civilized world.
