Principles of UkSATSE’s manpower policy

Core

The core of the Enterprise is its personnel.

Reasonableness

All decisions on the personnel taken by UkSATSE’s authority are aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity of the Enterprise.

Systematic approach

All decisions on the personnel are taken taking into consideration all manpower policy elements.

Unbiased appraisal

The Enterprise guarantees unbiased appraisal of each employee or candidate.

All employees and candidates are apprised according to the same criteria with strict adherence to the established evaluation procedures, irrespective of subjective manager’s opinion to the extent possible.

Orientation on the result

All departments, divisions, services as well as employees and management staff of the Enterprise should have perspicuous aim of their activity. The progress is measured against the degree of the achievement of the common goal, which is the basis for the motivation and stimulation of the personnel.

Promotion

Evolution of the Enterprise depends on the professional development of its staff. The Enterprise promotes further development of the personnel.

Remuneration policy

The system of remuneration of employees takes into account not only qualification and experience, but also includes responsibility of the employees for the result of their work.
