Ukraine ready to participate in Flexible Use of Airspace Centralized Services for EUROCONTROL Member States
Ukrainian Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UkSATSE), the National Air Navigation Service Provider, is authorized to represent our State in the international consortium that claims a right to provide one of the centralized services on Flexible Use of Airspace for the European countries.

Since 1996 the global aviation community has celebrated the day of the 7th December as a professional holiday of specialists whose work is connected with the sky and aircraft - International Civil Aviation Day. On that very day in 1944 the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) was founded.

For 53 years now on the 20th of October, the entire aviation community celebrates the International Day of the Air Traffic Controller. This holiday was introduced to emphasise the importance of this profession to the general public.

THE AVIATION AUTHORITY OF UKRAINE BROUGHT UKSATSE TO CEASE OPERATING PRE-FLIGHT BRIEFING TERMINALS FOR FLIGHT CREWS AT 7 UKRAINIAN AERODROMES
In order to comply with the Safety Directive No. 01/2014 dated August 08, 2014 received from the State Aviation Administration, UkSATSE is obliged to cease operating terminals for self-briefing of flight crews at briefing offices of Dnipropetrovsk, Boryspil (Kyiv), Kyiv (Zhuliany), Lviv, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv aerodromes for an indefinite period.

UkSATSE implemented VOLMET meteorological information broadcasting office in Odesa
Starting from 09:00 UTC (12:00 Kyiv time) on June 3, 2014, the automated VHF radio broadcasting of meteorological information (VOLMET) has been put into service in Odesa RB of UkSATSE.

UkSATSE ensures safety in Ukrainian sky under any conditions
Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UkSATSE) informs that the enterprise keeps on providing the whole range of air navigation services. It ensures flight safety in the airspace of Ukraine, airdromes of Ukraine and in the international airspace over the high seas at the relevant level. Moreover, UkSATSE ensures trouble-free operation of branches of Joint Civil-Military System of Air Traffic Management of Ukraine irrespective of foreign interference in work of air traffic services bodies in Crimea and at the East of Ukraine.

UkSATSE expert's presentation of achievements of the ІСАО Eastern European States at IFAIMA Global AIM Conference
At the Global AIM Conference, a presentation was made regarding the current preparation of Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) personnel for operation under new conditions of transition from AIS to AIM and regarding the results achieved by ICAO COG/AIM Task Force in the States of the Eastern European Region.
