| Government has approved UkSATSE's 2019 Financial Plan |
Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the Financial Plan of Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise for 2019.
UkSATSE's income in 2019 is planned to reach the amount of UAH 4,276 million, which, with the expenses of the Enterprise amounting to UAH 4,146 million, means that UkSATSE will have the net revenue of UAH 130 million.
According to 2019 Financial Plan (Finplan) it is expected that UkSATSE will transfer to the State Budget of Ukraine as well as to local budgets and trust funds the amount of UAH 1,157 million, which is 35% over the sum that was planned in the current year.
The volume of capital investments provided for in the Finplan in 2019 amounts to UAH 953 million, of which UAH 91 million is the loan funds of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Investment Bank within the framework of the airspace modernization project of Ukraine.
- We have timely formed, and the Government has approved the main financial document of the Enterprise. This is important for the safe and efficient air navigation service of aircraft in the airspace of Ukraine and in the airspace over the open sea, where the responsibility for the operation of air traffic under international treaties lies with Ukraine. It is also a prerequisite for the implementation of the National Transport Strategy of Ukraine for the period of up to 2030 and the Plan for the implementation of the Single European Sky for Ukraine, - said Dmytro BABEICHUK, Director of UkSATSE.
It was the first time that our Enterprise got the approval for the main financial document for the coming year as early as in October of the current year. By this criterion we became the first among the state enterprises of the infrastructure branch.

Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UkSATSE), founded in 1992, is the basis of the national air navigation system and Joint Civil-Military Air Traffic Management System of Ukraine (JCMS). The company provides the full range of air navigation services: air traffic service, air traffic flow management, airspace management, provision of communication, navigation and surveillance for air traffic services and flights performance; JCMS operation and development; emergency notification and search and rescue operations; provision of aeronautical and meteorological information to the airspace users. |
