UkSATSE Flight and Calibration Services performed flight inspection for airport at Dnipro city
Under the contract with Dnipropetrovsk International Airport, UkSATSE Flight and Calibration Services’ professionals carried out flight inspection of ground-based radio navigation aids and lighting equipment.

On the 14th and 15th of September 2020, the Super King Air 350 laboratory aircraft with registration number UR-CWB provided flight tests of two radio beacon instrument landing systems: modernized landing system (SP-80-М) with course 262 and new landing system (SP-80 N) with course 082. Aerodrome lighting and glide path lighting equipment with both courses have also undergone this testing during the mission.

For the moment, the laboratory aircraft returned to Ukraine’s capital to the home aerodrome.

It should be recalled, that flight inspections are necessary to control the technical condition of existing or certification of new equipment that ensures airport operation and safety of takeoffs and landings. In this manner, UkSATSE ensures air traffic safety in the Ukrainian sky.
