In the context of requirements to ANSPs the Security Management System in ATM system provides for effective implementation of a number of measures in order to ensure that UkSATSE technical facilities and personnel security is sufficient for prevention of unlawful intervention in processes of rendering relevant services.
The Security Management System in ATM system is operated pursuant to the national requirements imposed on ANSPs that are reconciled with requirements of the European Commission Regulation No. 1035/2001 dated 17.11.2011 laying down common requirements for the provision of air navigation services. Compliance of the UkSATSE Security Management System in ATM system with the above mentioned requirements is confirmed by
the National Supervisory Authority of Ukraine in the course of certification of UkSATSE as an entity that provides air navigation services.
