The Quality Management System is the family of interrelated elements within the UkSATSE Integrated Management System aimed to direct and control UkSATSE activity relating to quality of air navigation services.
In accordance with the national requirements, imposed on Air Navigation Service Providers, international standard ISO 9001:2015 (national standard DSTU ISO 9001:2015) and requirements of the European Commission Regulation No. 1035/2001 dated 17.11.2011 laying down common requirements for the provision of air navigation services, the Quality Management System has been introduced in UkSATSE.
Compliance of the UkSATSE Quality Management System with the aforesaid requirements is confirmed by
the Certificate issued by independent accreditation body.
