Procedures for Citizens’ Appeals
Please send a written appeal by post to the following address: p.o. box 115, airport, Boryspil-1, Kyiv region, Ukraine, 08301 (or submit it to the administrative office in the UkSATSE head office).
A written appeal can also be sent through internet, by means of electronic communication (electronic appeal).
In accordance with Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine On Citizens’ Appeals the appeal should contain full name, place of residence, the issue of the question, comment, application, claim, statement, request or demand. A written appeal should be signed and dated by the appealer (appealers).
An appeal sent via e-mail should contain an e-mail address or postal address or any other means of communication in order to answer the appeal. The use of electronic signature is not required for e-mail appeals.

If these requirements are not followed, the appeal is not subject to consideration.
