UkSATSE performs the following activities relating to human resources:
- Long-term and annual Air Traffic Controller (ATCO) Staff Planning;
- ATCO transferring management between ATS Units;
- Candidates’ Recruitment and Selection for the “ATCO-trainee” and ATCO positions;
- ATCO Job marketing program;
- ATSEP Job marketing program (in progress);
- Assessment of personal competencies of ATSEP candidates;
- UkSATSE Headquarters Staff Qualification Commission support;
- Implementation of the UkSATSE Administrative Staff Assessment system (in progress);
- Implementation of UkSATSE administrative Staff Recruitment and Selection procedures for vacant positions (in progress);
- Organization and control of the development and approval of UkSATSE departments/divisions Regulations and Staff Job descriptions.
