UkSATSE, Leonardo and ENAV sign a joint Memorandum of Cooperation
On 10 July 2025, during the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Rome, UkSATSE, Leonardo S.p.A. and ENAV S.p.A. signed a joint Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) that laid the foundation for the restoration and modernisation of Ukraine’s air traffic control infrastructure under the Ukraine ATM Reconstruction & Recovery Plan (UARRP).

UkSATSE taking number of measures to restore and enhance surveillance system
UkSATSE is taking a number of measures to restore and enhance the surveillance system covering Ukrainian airspace in order to maintain operational activity and ensure the rapid resumption of air navigation services.
UkSATSE participated in the 2023 CEF (Connecting Europe Facility) Call for proposals of the European Commission and became one of the beneficiaries (Grant Agreement - Project 101175465 - 23-EU-TG-GREEN CNS), in particular in the project “Studying of surveillance services recovery in the airspace of Ukraine with Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast ADS-B”.
