Implementation of the Provision on ATS Facilities Management
On 12 May 2008 the Provision on Air Traffic Service Facilities Management was implemented at the Ukrainian State Air Traffic Service Enterprise.
Introduction of this Provision creates first of all a handy instrument to make operational changes in Air Traffic Service (ATS) management in the future. The Provision also determines the concept of an ATS Facility and ATS Unit as well as arranges the present organizational and regulatory documents concerning Air Traffic Service management.
After the Provision on UkSATSE Air Traffic Service Facilities Management came into force, 30 organizational and regulatory Orders of the Enterprise regarding ATS management lost their effect.
