Flight operations in the airspace over the High Seas
Within the framework of resumption of air traffic flows over the High Seas, where the responsibility for air traffic services is assigned to Ukraine, the Ukrainian party has fully complied with the recommendations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and prepared the safety case regarding provision of air navigation services in the airspace under the responsibility of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as - safety case).

Safety case was developed in cooperation with international aviation organizations and other aviation industry stakeholders in Ukraine and abroad. The document is aimed at promoting air carriers when planning flights in the airspace of Ukraine over the High Seas.

The document was examined by ICAO which confirmed its compliance with the recommendations on the assessment and risk management and proved the completeness and adequacy of the safety arguments concerning air navigation services and flight operations in the specified international airspace.
