UkSATSE declares “zero tolerance” to any manifestation of corruption
UkSATSE declares “zero tolerance” to any manifestation of corruption by employees, officials and administration of the enterprise in its internal activities, as well as in its relations with business partners, state authorities and local governments. The enterprise undertakes to comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation of Ukraine, including those related to preventing corruption.
UkSATSE openly demonstrates its principled position on condemning corruption as an illegal and unethical way of doing business and economic activity.
Reporting corruption
If you have witnessed or become aware of verifiable and reliable facts about the violation of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” by UkSATSE officials, i.e., if you are aware of the following acts of corruption:

obtaining unlawful benefit (bribe, gift, some preferences, etc.)

use of any state or municipal property or funds for private interests

conflict of interest - a conflict between a person’s private interest and his/her official or representative powers which affects the objectivity or impartiality of his/her decisions or causes him/her to take or refrain from taking action in the exercise of these powers (this may be, for example, participation in public procurement by enterprises related to officials who have an influence on the decision-making on these procurements), as set out in Section V of the Law

non-compliance with the restrictions on other part-time activities (Articles 25 and 26 of the Law)

violation of the rules of ethical conduct (Section VI of the Law)

failure to submit or submission of a false declaration by a person required to declare his/her income and expenditure (Section VII of the Law)

providing illegal orders by the administration (Article 44 of the Law),

You have the right to submit an anonymous report. An anonymous report is considered if the information submitted relates to a specific individual and contains verifiable facts.
Please note that reports containing libel, insults and defamation of officials and employees of the enterprise are subject to liability under the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
In addition, please be advised that in accordance with Article 53 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”, a person providing assistance in preventing and combating corruption (a whistleblower) is a person who, having a reasonable belief that the information is accurate, reports violations of the requirements of the Law “On Prevention of Corruption” by another person.
Persons who assist in preventing and combating corruption are protected by the State. In the event of a threat to the life, home, health and property of persons who assist in preventing and combating corruption or of their close persons in connection with the reported violation of the requirements of this Law, law enforcement agencies may apply to them legal, organisational, technical and other measures aimed at protecting them from unlawful acts as provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Safety of Persons Involved in Criminal Proceedings”.
