|PANSA and UkSATSE improve cooperation in the field of Air Navigation|
|On February 27, 2019, on the initiative of Ukrainian side, a meeting was held at UkSATSE headquarters on the coordination and co-operation of work of Polish and Ukrainian air navigation service providers.
PANSA delegation, headed by Acting President Janusz Janiszewski, made a presentation of the air traffic management system (UAV), developed by PANSA.
During the meeting, experts from Poland and Ukraine discussed the issues related to air traffic in summer period, separation of a new sector of airspace, introduction of restrictions on the use of ATS routes in the interfaces of Warsaw and Lviv FIRs and identified prospects for technical cooperation in the exchange of radar data and coordination of DME. The issue of technical requirements to the automated air traffic control systems, taking into account Cross Border FRA Operations, was also discussed.
