According to ICAO recommendations, Management Systems of aviation organizations represent “the system of systems” covering 5 main Management Systems: the Safety Management System, the Quality Management System, the Environmental Management System, the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and the Security Management System in ATM System. Each Management System is standard-based and has well-defined list of processes (procedures) to be implemented, controlled and confirmed. In compliance with ICAO recommendations and European requirements, Management Systems may be improved through integration thereof that will create conditions for their effective operation as well as for avoidance of processes duplication.
With a view to optimize management processes UkSATSE has introduced the Integrated Management System, formed on the basis of certified Management Systems (
52 Kb), namely,
the Safety Management System,
the Quality Management System,
the Environmental Management System,
the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and
the Security Management System in ATM System. In the process of establishing of the Integrated Management System the process approach has been employed for distinguishing (integration of) core processes of the Enterprise activity, management and support processes as well as for making their interaction chart.
In order to realize integrated processes appropriate procedures are used. The structure and content thereof are specified in the Manual on the Integrated Management System of UkSATSE.
The next step in development of the UkSATSE Integrated System, based on certified Management Systems, is integration of other Management Systems (Subsystems), relevant for Air Navigation Service Providers’ activities.
