UkSATSE has announced the name of insurance company
The winner of the advertised bidding for the provision of services of civil liability insurance for the Provider of air navigation services is JSC "Insurance Company VUSO".
Under the terms and conditions of the concluded contract the insurance coverage amounts to 500 million US dollars, 99.85% of which shall be reinsured at the international insurance market (excluding the Russian Federation). The Insurance term is 2015-2017. The total amount of insurance payments for 2 years of the contract will amount to around 14 million hryvnias (UAH 13 553 844.89 at the rate effective on 05/06/15) or 645 thousand USD.
Head of the Competitive Tendering Committee of UkSATSE Volodymyr Sypko notified that the advertised bidding had been conducted openly and transparently with the support of the on-line broadcast on the website of the company and on the YouTube. Compared with the previous contract for the similar services the savings amount to 917,500 dollars per year.
