Government Approves UkSATSE Financial Plan for 2018 |
Today, on the 27th December 2017, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the Financial Plan of Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UkSATSE) for 2018.
UkSATSE expected income in the year 2018 is to amount to UAH 3,368 million, whereas expenses –UAH 3,250 million, which means that the Enterprise will receive profit of about UAH 118 million.
According to the results of financial plan fulfillment UkSATSE is expected to transfer almost UAH 854 million to the State Budget of Ukraine and trust funds.
The Financial Plan also provides for about UAH 681 million of capital investment including UAH 162 million of loan funds from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Investment Bank (EIB) within the framework of the Project of the Ukrainian air navigation system modernization.
The timely approval of the main state enterprise’s financial document for the next year by the Government becomes not only the important prerequisite of its successful economic activity but also the valid grounds for the effective development of the national air navigation system.

Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UkSATSE), founded in 1992, is the basis of the national air navigation system and Joint Civil-Military Air Traffic Management System of Ukraine (JCMS). The company provides the full range of air navigation services: air traffic service, air traffic flow management, airspace management, provision of communication, navigation and surveillance for air traffic services and flights performance; JCMS operation and development; emergency notification and search and rescue operations; provision of aeronautical and meteorological information to the airspace users. |
