UkSATSE Airline performs flight inspection for Antonov State Company
As of today and during the next two days (July 14-16, 2020), flight inspection Beechcraft B300 aircraft of UkSATSE Airline starts to perform flight inspection of the ground-based radio navigation aids and airfield lighting equipment for Kyiv/Antonov-1 (Sviatoshyn) and Kyiv/Antonov-2 (Gostomel) aerodromes.

Flight inspection is delivered under the Contract between UkSATSE and Antonov State Company and will cover thirteen facilities and systems with a total duration of 14 flight hours.

Flight inspection is a necessary means for new equipment to be certified and for facilities being in operations – to become technically controlled. All the above equipment secures any aerodrome’s operations and safety of takeoffs and landings.
On the grounds of this, UkSATSE guarantees safety of air traffic in the airspace of Ukraine.

For reference

Being UkSATSE’s structural unit since 1996, UkSATSE Airline is certified by the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine for flight inspection of the ground-based radio navigation aids and airfield lighting equipment to verify their operational serviceability.
