UkSATSE Training and Certification Centre 19-th Anniversary
Today, on Knowledge Day, the UkSATSE Training and Certification Centre is marking the 19th anniversary of its establishment.

The history of the Center as a separate unit began on 1-st September 2001, when the Professional Training Centre was separated from the Kyivcenteraero RB and the Professional Development Centre for UkSATSE specialists (Ukraerotraining) was established on its basis. This was prompted by the new tasks arising from the functioning of the Integrated civil-military air traffic management system (ICMS), established in 1999. And in December 2006, the UkSATSE Training and Certification Centre (TCC) was established on the basis of Ukraerotraining.

TCC provides professional training not only to the personnel of UkSATSE, but also to the employees of other enterprises, including foreign and physical persons, carries out examination, evaluation and testing in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, the Charter of UkSATSE, organizational and administrative documents of the enterprise and on the basis of the rights provided by the State Aviation Administration in the following areas and types:

- professional training of air traffic controllers (ATC)
- professional training of air traffic management personnel (ATM)
- professional training of communication, navigation and surveillance personnel (radio technical support), including communication, navigation and surveillance personnel of ATM (CNS ATM, ATSEP)
- professional training of personnel whose activities are related to the technical operation of information and telecommunication systems and ensuring information security (IT personnel);
- language training of the personnel;
- aviation safety personnel training (AS)
- training of personnel in the supervision and management of safety in the ATM system, as well as investigation of events related to safety in the ATM system.

Today it is a modern, powerful training unit that is proud of its highly professional instructor, teaching and engineering staff and advanced training facilities. TCC successfully performs the main tasks assigned to Integrated civil-military air traffic management system (ICMS) in the context of training, retraining, sustainment/restoring and advanced training of ICMS specialists, as well as fulfillment of the main tasks of UkSATSE as an air navigation service provider.
