| UkSATSE has obtained the Certificate of Air Navigation Service Provider organisation |
UkSATSE has obtained the Certificate issued by the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine confirming its compliance with national requirements and international standards relating to the provision of Air Navigation Services.
This document is not only the precondition affecting the legitimacy of our Enterprise functioning, but also the evidence of the high level of the National Air Navigation System and expertise of UkSATSE specialists responsible for the flight safety and Air Traffic Management not only in the Ukrainian airspace, but also in the airspace over the High Seas of the Black Sea Region.
Requirements for the certification of Air Navigation Services Providers (ANSPs) of all EU Member States were established by the European Commission in 2004. The ANSPs certification process in Ukraine, which is a Eurocontrol Member State, was launched in 2007. Our State thereby has been implementing the same requirements for certification upheld by all EU Member States now for a decade, confirming its focus on adhering to the highest Industry standards and proving the ability to be a responsible participant in the Pan-European market of Air Navigation Services.
