UkSATSE’s experience is an example of the best practice in Europe
UkSATSE’s experience in the development of the Safety Management System as an example of the best practice was presented at the EUROCONTROL Safety Team meeting, which was held in Brussels on 11-12 October 2017. Participants to the Safety Team meeting were Air Navigation Service Providers - members of Civil Air Navigation Services Organization (CANSO).
Presentation made by the Deputy Head of Internal Control and Audit Inspectorate of UkSATSE, Vitalii Bezmal aroused keen interest among foreign partners. Preliminary results of the discussions of Ukrainian experience show that in the nearest future we can expect intensification of cooperation between UkSATSE and other Air Navigation Service Providers.
As it is known the results of the annual evaluation of Safety Management System maturity in 2015 ranked UkSATSE 5th among 45 European Air Navigation Service Providers, and in 2016 – 10th among 47 ANSPs. Publication of the results of evaluation in the current year conducted by EUROCONTROL and CANSO will be available in a month time.
