| UkSATSE, PANSA and Oro Navigacija signed a Memorandum |
 September 12, 2017. Krakow. Dmytro Babeichuk, Director of UkSATSE, Janusz Niedziela, President of PANSA and Mindaugas Gustys, Acting Director General of Oro Navigacija agreed on further collaboration on the issues of promotion and development of technical co-operation in air navigation.
The Parties have, inter alia, negotiated the implementation of a free route airspace concept aimed at meeting the demands of future airspace users and maximizing benefits for all parties. Implementation of FRA concept is a key landmark in achieving free routing across European airspace on the way to SESAR business trajectories and 4D profiles, thus optimising the flow of air traffic.
The Parties also agreed on continuing close cooperation on the issues of implementation of the Data Link Services and gradual transition to a single ATC system for the whole of Ukraine while ensuring the appropriate level of interoperability with adjacent ATC Centres on iTEC platform.
These and other provisions were laid down in the tripartite Memorandum signed by the Parties today in Krakow. |
