The Kazaeronavigatsia experts receiving training in UkSATSE
The experts of the Republican State Enterprise Kazaeronavigatsia, an Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP) of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are taking professional training on supervision and safety management at the Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UkSATSE).

Within the framework of the Memorandum on cooperation and partnership signed by the two state enterprises in 2015, Kazakh colleagues are learning from Ukrainian experience of applying international standards and recommendations in the field of supervision and safety management. A training course complying with international requirements and approved by the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine is developed and provided by experts of the UkSATSE Internal Control and Audit Inspection. Under the Training Contract a total of three groups of seven trainees each shall receive training at the premises of the UkSATSE Training and Certification Centre. The training for the first group was held from 30 May till 10 June 2016.

It should be noted that in 2015 following the results of the assessment of the maturity of the Safety Management System (SMS) UkSATSE took the 5th place among 45 European ANSPs, which is confirmed within the framework of the joint project of the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL) and the Civil Air Navigation Services Organization (CANSO). Continuous improvement of the elements of the Integrated Management System introduced in UkSATSE, and in particular in the field of flight safety and service quality, makes Ukrainian experience currently important to foreign ANSPs.

"Special course of professional training is a unique development of specialists of the UkSATSE Internal Control and Audit Inspection which already have successful experience of teaching representatives of other aviation enterprises of Ukraine, and the first students among foreign customers were the representatives of Kazaeronavigatsia. I am sure that the knowledge and experience received by Kazakh colleagues will help them achieve the highest standards of the flight safety and quality of air navigation services provision. Moreover, for a number of reasons professional training in Ukraine is more beneficial for the CIS countries as compared to the training in other European countries," said Dmytro Babeichuk, Director of UkSATSE.

Note. The Safety Management System is systematic and accurate approach that determines UkSATSE activity aiming at Safety Management as a part of the UkSATSE Integrated Management System. It ensures that all safety-related risks are identified, assessed and mitigated to the acceptable level.
