  NATO expert, Keith Keller pointed out that radar data exchange between Ukraine and Turkey would allow to increase air navigation safety over the Black Sea
  During visit to UkSATSE of NATO delegation specialists, the representative of the Department of defense investments of the International secretariat NATO, Keith Keller announced that the North Atlantic Alliance shall fully support Ukraine in renewal of international flights over the Black Sea.

  High standards of flight safety and quality of air navigation services are the focal point of the international cooperation of UkSATSE and “Kazaeronavigazia”
  Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UkSATSE) has exchanged experience of implementation of the integrated control system with air navigation service provider of Republic of Kazakhstan – Republican State Enterprise Kazaeronavigatsia.

  UkSATSE considers ways of participation in NATO Regional Airspace Security Program (RASP)
  NATO specialists and representatives of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine have discussed RASP advantages at UkSATSE premises. Cooperation with NATO, especially within the framework of RASP is the significant mechanism of engagement of Ukraine to integration processes, in the first turn in sphere of air traffic management security.

  International experts find Ukrainian arguments proving its capability to ensure flight safety over the Black Sea sufficient
  International experts confirmed the compliance of the Safety case regarding provision of air navigation services within airspace of Ukraine (the Safety Case), prepared by Ukraine, with the recommendations of international aviation organisations dealing with risk assessment and management. Furthermore, the experts stated completeness and sufficiency of safety arguments on provision of air navigation services and flights operation in the international airspace over the Black Sea which is under the responsibility of Ukraine. According to Dmytro Babeichuk, director of UkSATSE, this fact was appropriately reported to the Ukrainian aviation authorities by international experts.

  Ukraine – EUROCONTROL partnership promotes Single European Sky implementation
  Experts from EUROCONTROL, the State Aviation Authority of Ukraine and the State Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UkSATSE) have evaluated the deployment stages of the Single European Sky programme in Ukraine during the regular meeting held in UkSATSE headquarters.

  During 6 months of 2015, UkSATSE provides ANS to more than 107 000 flights
  In 6 months of 2015, the Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UKSATSE) has provided air navigation services to 107 171 flights, performed in airspace of Ukraine, 29.5% of which were performed by Ukrainian airlines.

  Post-warranty maintenance of the Automated Air Traffic Control Systems for UkSATSE shall be performed by a company-manufacturer
  Pursuant to the results of the advertized bidding conducted by UkSATSE for services on repair and technical maintenance of the Automated Air Traffic Control Systems “Aircon 2100” (Kharkiv) and “Aircon 2100/2000” (Dnipropetrovsk) “Indra Sistemas” company (Spain), the direct manufacturer of such systems, was chosen the winner.

  UkSATSE started to perform sub-threshold procurements via ProZorro platform
  Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UkSATSE) started to perform sub-threshold procurements with the help of on-line system of state procurements ProZorro, which provides for maximum transparency during the choice of contractors and agreements conclusion, as well as minimization of corruption risks. This was reported by UkSATSE director, Dmytro Babeichuk.

  UkSATSE improves safety of flights over the Black Sea
  The exchange of radar data with the Romanian air navigation services provider ROMATSA will improve the quality of services and safety of air traffic in the international airspace over the Black Sea, which is under responsibility of Ukraine pursuant to the regional air navigation agreements in force and according to the ICAO Council decision, according to the information received from Dmytro Babeichuk, UkSATSE director.

  “Implementation of the project of expansion of EGNOS system coverage on the territory of Ukraine means increase of air navigation quality and safety of flights” – Director of UkSATSE, Dmytro Babeichuk
  UkSATSE is interested in speeding-up implementation of the project of the expansion of EGNOS system in Ukraine and inclusion of our country in a list of the participants. This will allow the users of the system, first of all they are aviation users, receiving high-precision and reliable data of their location, which consequently improve safety of flights in the airspace of Ukraine. This is what was said by Dmytro Babeichuk, Director of UkSATSE, after the working meeting of UkSATSE management and the first deputy chairman of the State Space Agency of Ukraine Sergei Kapshtyka.
