The charm of Ukrainian aviation. Air traffic controllers of UkSATSE - the heroines of the "Professions without limits" project.
The exhibition “Professions without limits”, which breaks stereotypes about division of professions into male and female, has opened at the Boryspil airport. The exposition presents stories and portraits of 13 women working in aviation. They are our colleagues from UkSATSE, Boryspil airport, airlines and border service.

Anna Pokusaeva, Liliya Surmach and Mariana Yakymchuk - UkSATSE air traffic controllers working at the airfield control tower at Boryspil airport, have become the exhibition's heroines.

Anna Pokusaeva has been working as an air traffic controller for 10 years. Most of all she appreciates the opportunity of professional career growth and development. She confesses that she misses her work very much, so she did not stay long on maternity leave.

Liliya Surmach 's father was trying to become an aviator, but life corrected it. Liliya made her father's dream come true. She is passionate about her profession and wants everyone to find pleasure in the work.

Mariana Yakymchuk has become an air traffic controller thanks to her mother. This profession is her destiny. After training Mariana has passed several stages of selection and has been enjoying her work for eight years. She likes to work as part of a team and feel support of her colleagues.

The exhibition was organized by the UN Population Fund in Ukraine - UNFPA Ukraine and Boryspil International Airport. We are grateful to our colleagues for the invitation to join this project.

The exposition will be open to visitors of Terminal D of Boryspil International Airport from 5 to 10 March, and from 11 to 31 March - in Terminal F.
